The Trio

The Trio consists of three members who played mandolin for the orchestra, almost since its inception.   When the acoustic balance of the orchestra was compromised because of the addition of newer members who played only mandolin, they helped the organization to grow by volunteering to learn to play the alto instruments in the mandolin family.   Long time friends and accomplished musicians, they enjoy performing all kinds of music as the group known, enigmatically, as "The Trio".
